Walnut Raisin Sourdough

Walnut Raisin Sourdough begins with a gentle, nutty base of wheat and rye flours blended with hard levain. Black raisins and walnuts are folded in at the end. The dough rests slowly overnight in the fridge for 15 hours, then is shaped and proofed for 2 hours, before baking into a crunchy, fruity loaf.

Storage & Heating Instructions:
- Store in chiller
- Defrost for 5 minutes

- Conventional Oven: Reheat at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Air-Fryer: Reheat at 180°C for 8 minutes
