Kazo Signature Sourdough starts with a careful mix of flour, water, and levains, which rests for 45 minutes to allow flavours bloom. Shaped and left to ferment overnight for 15 hours, followed by a 4 hours proofing at room temperature. This slow, precise process creates a crusty exterior with a soft, fragrant crumb inside.

Storage & Heating Instructions:
- Store in chiller
- Defrost for 5 minutes

- Conventional Oven: Reheat at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Air-Fryer: Reheat at 180°C for 8 minutes
