Golden Cheese Sourdough starts with a soft, cheesy base of wheat and rye flours blended with hard levain. Cubes of cheddar are folded inside, with extra shredded cheese sprinkled on top. The dough rests slowly overnight in the fridge for 15 hours, then is proofed for 4 hours before baking into a golden, cheesy sourdough loaf.

Storage & Heating Instructions:
- Store in chiller
- Defrost for 5 minutes
- Conventional Oven: Reheat at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Air-Fryer: Reheat at 180°C for 8 minutes
