Double Chocolate Sourdough starts with a rich blend of wheat and rye flours, combined with levain and cocoa powder. After folding in chocolate chips, the dough rests overnight in the fridge for 15 hours, then is proofed for 4 hours before being baked into a soft, indulgent chocolate sourdough.

Storage & Heating Instructions:
- Store in chiller
- Defrost for 5 minutes
- Conventional Oven: Reheat at 200°C for 5 minutes
- Air-Fryer: Reheat at 180°C for 8 minutes
